New Year's Day I plan to eat and watch football games at a small get together with friends. As you can see, eating is a BIG part of the plans :) PS - I'm not entering myself in the drawing - just getting you guys started :) Have a wonderful and safe New Year's Celebration!! The only guarantee that one's spouse will get "everything" is to have a will (or have no children not belonging to the spouse and/or have no surviving parents or siblings!). This situation happened recently to friends of mine. Unfortunately, without a valid will, there is nothing the surviving spouse can do about it!
